my condolences to Kim's children and extended family.  Kim was a man who was passionate about his work and vision for Ogle county.  I met with him last October and fully expected to see him next month.  Life comes at us fast sometimes.  Again so very sorry for your loss.  Vicki ehmen

I have know Kim and been friends for so many years, went to prom together, had long talks, and we always spoke when we ran into each other. My heart breaks - he was such a kind, sweet man. Great picture of him. Remember the laughter and treasure the memories.

It seems as though the best are taken too soon. Those left behind will try to fill the void Kim leaves in our lives, but we know that will not happen soon. God is there for us, his peace a real and living presence.

He is with the Lord, a new creation. We miss him but rejoice knowing that he is with his God.

My heartfelt sympathy to his family and all those who will miss him deeply.

    Marily Franklin,

    fellow St. Marker,

    Friend in Christ

I'm very saddened to hear about losing Kim so soon and suddenly.  He will leave a large void in Ogle County and Byron.  Prayers to his children and other family and friends.
