What a precious lady and wonderful cook.  I have many of her recipes that I use.  The local farmers loved going there for her many delicious snacks during harvests.  There were wonderful times of fellowship in her home over cups of coffee.  She will be sadly missed but what a wonderful Christian upbringing she instilled in her children.

    Grandma Millie,

Of all the things you did and ways you served others, the most important was live a life of Christian faith. You lived unashamed, loving everyone like Jesus does, unconditionally. From our farm to halfway across the world, you prayed for me, my safety and my family too. There are so many things I have to thank you for and I'm so grateful for all the time I spent with you, growing up and recently as well. There is no doubt in my mind of what eternity is for you, and for that I have peace and celebrate now with you, because you're finally HOME! Love you!

What a wonderful and sweet lady.  And she still is.  "I thank my God upon every remembrance of you."  (Philippians 1:3)

We send our love and sympathy.
