Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Always enjoyed seeing you come wheeling in the store, as I knew we'd all have a Laugh or more before you guys left. Our heart goes out to you. You did a great job as as loving caring wife Sue, and those sons did a great job of helping you care for Pops at home. It was nice you could keep him at home where he was most happy.

My prayers and love go to all the family.  Susie, and sons....  your Pops was quite a man.  I always wanted to come meet all in person, as we had lived so close to each other and never got there.  May God just cover you with love and peace and do know that Pops is whole again and will always be with you in spirit....

    Susie,

I never met Bob, but from the way that you’ve always talked about him, I could tell that you two had a beautiful and loving relationship. Naturally, you will miss him terribly, but also, some of the burden and stress will now be off you. Remember the good times, and even the tough times with your Robert, and know that your family and friends support you in this time of grief.

Thinking of you with my condolences,

    Marty Zink

May the joy of your truly loving marriage sustain you in the years to come. You took such good care of Bob, as evident in the many years he survived his stroke. He is now at peace and may you now find your own. God Bless you and your family.

Dear Susie, Dan, Kevin and Timm and all the family, We send our deepest, warmest condolences in this time of profound loss! Bob aka Pops was a survivor for sure and his days were filled with the love of his fellow man! He was so blessed to have such wonderful caregivers and to be at home when Jesus called him to his Heavenly Home in Glory! We hold your hearts gently in ours as you journey through the grief of losing his earthly presence.. but we know that your Faith promises you that you will meet again in pure Love and Light

God bless and comfort you through each moment! Love and hugs, Pam and Dave

I loved Pops very much. Always had a sweet smile and something smart alec to say. I lived in the Gillick home for about 3 years. There was never a dull moment and plenty of love to go around. I'm sorry he's gone and I never got to say goodbye, but I believe I'm a better person for how he and his family touched my life.
