Irv is a great man and will remain in our memories and thoughts forever.  Whenever I would bring my cars into the dealership, he was FIRST CLASS and was there to help in any way needed.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves a memory no one can steal.  I'm so sorry for your loss. There is nothing that can prepare a person for the feelings of losing a family member or friend.  Always remember God's promise to rid the earth of pain, suffering and death.  (Revelation 21:3,4)  God also promises that all those in the memorial tombs or grave will be resurrected and reunited with his or her family.  Jesus, when on earth, demonstrated the reliability of this action by performing various resurrections.  (Luke 7:11-15; John 11:11-14)   We can put our trust and faith in God's word because we know God cannot and does not lie.  (Numbers 23:19)  May you find comfort in these promises until the time arrives where you will be reunited with Irvin.

We grew up just houses apart, laughed a lot together, had dirt clod Wars, play Kick the Can, and looked at girls. Kind of lost track when he moved to Rockford but when he came back it was like old times. Always a smile always good small talk and I loved to look at his great photography. Sorry we missed the service . His children need to know he was just a good guy to us in the hood.Peace Irv!
