Dear Mama Pat, we will miss seeing you again in Kigoma, (where you recently made your 18th trip to Africa)!  We just returned from Bible study where you loved to fellowship together with all the missionaries.  The devotional was on "hope."  How very appropriate!!  1 Thes. 4:13 reminds us that we do not grieve as those who have no hope.  So thankful for those who love Christ, that death is not the end, but a glorious eternity with the One in Whom we have put our hope!!  Our love and prayers to the Wertz and Wiesner family.

Dave and I have had the wonderful experience of friendship from the Wiesner family for  many years . Pat was a very special friend to me always.  I will always treasure this relationship.  We shared lots of fun times and special memories - especially our  DQ Blizzard treats. Love you Miss Pat all times

I am so sorry to hear this. Grandma Weisner was a great lady. I met her years ago at Maxon's and she always had a smile on her face. She was loved by everyone who knew her. Prayers are coming your way. She is in peace now. May God Bless.

God bless the Weisner family. Grandma was a wonderful, devoted woman with a great sense of humor. I always enjoyed her Sunday morning visits where she would talk smack about Richie with us!! She was a hoot!!! How lucky they all were to have her for so many wonderful years! My favorite thing to say at time like this is death doesn't end love, it can only postpones it for a while.

In loving memory of such a sweet person, 91 years (young), god love her.  Grandma may have departed from this earth, but through our memories, she will never truly leave for she is still alive in our hearts and minds.  We will love you and miss you always.  May God rest her soul in peace.

We knew Pat by reputation through Claudia and Lowell in Tanzania (with whom we partner in Kingdom work).  By all accounts she loved and served God and people faithfully for decades and was an inspiring example to all.  Our regret is that we did not meet her in person in this life.  Our joy is that we will have plenty of time to catch up and visit in Heaven where Pat is now residing with the Lord Jesus who's sacrifice makes Heaven open to all who believe and receive Him.   May He comfort all those who grieve (Matthew 5:4) her loss.

There are times in your life when you catch glimpses of God's glory and love: a spectacular sunset over Lake Tanganyika, the precious face of a newborn child, the experience of unconditional love. Richard and Claudia, knowing your mom was like catching a glimpse of God's love. She was kindhearted, affectionate, and made everyone feel like she had a very special love just for them. No judgment, no disapproval, just unconditional love. You have been so blessed to have her. We are praying for you and your family as you grieve the loss of your extraordinary mother. We will miss her. Love, Sue and Hal

I will never forget this wonderful lady and her stories of her Africa trips.  What a blessing she was to us at Rock River Center.

Pat was such a wonderful lady, full of grace and wisdom.  Although I didn't have the privilege to know her for a long time, I'm so glad that I was able to know her in her last few years. She is such a powerful example of faith and love; and she was always willing to serve in any way she could.  She has left her mark on my heart, and I'm sure she's really enjoying her new life with the Lord :-)
