Dear Pam and family. I am so sadly shocked to hear about Steve's passing. Stillman Bank among many other friends and co-workers will absolutely and dearly miss Steve. He always had a witty personality full of kindness and humor. I pray Gods love surrounds you during this very difficult time and always. May your memories be kept in your hearts forever. God Bless You.

I spent many fun years as a classmate of Steve’s at Malta Grade and High Schools, I was sad that I missed our class reunion in August which Steve attended. My thoughts and prayers are with Steve’s family and friends, especially Mary, Jill and Rodney who were also a part of our Malta “family.” He will be missed by so many!

It was my honor to enjoy our 50th high school reunion with Steve this year.  I had not see Steve in more than 45 years.  It was clear that Steve still enjoyed life as much as ever.

Steve will be missed by the many people that he has brought joy into their lives.

It is a shock that the vibrant person known as Steve Vagle is no longer on this earth to bring laughter and joy to our ears.  In all 12 years of school, and at our 50th class reunion, he was joking and smiling.  He will be missed by many!  My sympathies to the Vagle family.

Steve and I were classmates through grade and high school.  What I remember most about Steve was his smile and his wonderful sense of humor.  My deepest sympathy to Mary and all of Steve's family and friends.

So sorry to hear of Steve's passing in such a tragic way.  We were a part of the horse show family that will always remember the late night laughs at the shows and Steve's quick wit and sense of humor.  May you rest in peace and be comforted in the arms of God, until we meet again at the horse show in the sky. Peace and comfort to Pam and  all of his family members.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Steve's passing.  He was a dear friend and co-worker of mine at Eaton.  We worked together on many logistics projects for Eaton Automotive in Michigan, Nebraska, and Mexico.  Some of his greatest logistics ideas came from his "white board" in his barn office.  He was a great guy.  He shared many stories of horses and family outside of work.  It was very apparent that he had a deep love for both.

Rest in peace, my friend!  Prayers of love and support for your family and friends that you leave behind.

    Kindest Regards,

    Jill Mestdagh

So sad to hear of Steve's passing. He was one of the first people to welcome us to the Buckskin shows. He always brought great horses, wonderful stories and kept everyone laughing with his jokes, and those late night scooter races in the barn aisles. Our deepest condolences to Pam, and his entire family.

I am so sorry to hear about Steve's passing.  I worked with him at Eaton in Warren many years ago.  He was my boss for a while.  Very nice man.  Loved to laugh.  One story I always told everyone was when I was pregnant I had severe morning (all day) sickness.  Steve would go downtown and get a malt for me and himself and we sit in the stock room and drink them.  He cared about each and every one of us.  And he always made work fun.

To Pam and family. It was a shock to hear about Steve passing. What a tragedy. I will miss talking to him. He was always so nice whenever I came out to bow hunt, always offered any help. Had great conversations with him. I will miss him.
