Chad P. Boebel

Chad P. Boebel, age 41, passed away on January 14, 2023 in his home. He was born on July 1, 1981 in Rockford the son of Daniel and Tammy (Perkins) Boebel. He attended Leaf River and Forreston schools. Chad loved to mow the lawn and spend time in the garage watching wrestling and sports and listening to his favorite country music. He could often be found dancing to the tunes with a smile on his face. He enjoyed good food and good company. He was someone with a big heart for others and always saw the good in them. He never met a soul that he didn’t consider a friend and would often spend time at the end of the driveway waving at passersby. Chad loved his family and would call them frequently; always leaving a voicemail if they couldn’t answer. But, the real light of his life was his daughter. He is survived and dearly missed by his parents, Dan and Tammy Boebel of Leaf River; brothers, Adam Boebel of Rockford, Jacob Boebel of Rockford, and Dan (Marissa) Boebel of Leaf River; daughter Chantel and her sister, Starr; and niece, Genevieve as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home in Byron. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Memorials are established for the Ronald McDonald House.
