Charles "Charlie" W. Druien

Charles “Charlie” W. Druien went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Serenity and Hospice Home in Oregon, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born July 20, 1963 in Princeton, IL the son of Kenneth and Virginia (Wallgren) Druien.  Charlie graduated from Stillman Valley High School in 1981.  He married Elizabeth “Libby” Dyal on Nov. 27, 1999 at the Congregational Christian Church in Stillman Valley.  He grew up on the family farm near Stillman Valley and worked for many years at E. D. Etnyre and Company in Oregon. Charlie’s favorite thing in life was his family.  He enjoyed playing and collecting guitars. As well as teaching numerous nieces and nephews how to play. Charlie enjoyed the companionship of his dog Chopper and cat Oscar.
