Clarence Everett McCullough, age 93, died peacefully at Allure of Pinecrest in Mt. Morris, IL. He was born May 27, 1931 in Harrison, IL the son of John and Florence (Hoffman) McCullough. Clarence attended grade school in Harrison, IL and then Hononegah High School in Rockton, IL. Clarence married Reberta L. Knight on April 28, 1990 in Davis, Illinois. She preceded him in death 4 days prior, on Feb. 15, 2025. He worked for Elco Tool in Rockford, WF & John Barnes for over 20 years, General Web, and worked on the family farm. He had a love for tractors and would take them to shows and enter them in parades. He owned Farmall, John Deere, and especially liked his Oliver tactor. He was a member of the United Church of Byron. Clarence was predeceased by his parents John and Florence McCullough, wife Reberta, brother John McCullough, Jr., and sister Jessie Bunton, and daughter-in-law Cathy Musselman. He is survived by his children Jeannie (Jack) Revell of Davis, Illinois; Jerry (Kathryn) McCullough of Rockton and their children Hannah and Connor; Joyce (Geoff) Gregg of Rockford and their children Ryan (Brian) and James; Jeff (Kim) McCullough of Roscoe, IL and their children Derek (Shannon) and Allison (Zach). He also survived by his stepchildren Ronald Musselman of Durand, IL and Rita Monger of Rockford, IL; many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. There are no services planned per Clarence’s request.
