Clyde Anderson

Clyde E. Anderson, age 75 of Byron passed away at PA Peterson at the Citadel in Rockford on January 29, 2021. He was born in Chana, IL on July 13, 1943 the son of Gilbert and Lorraine (Waters) Anderson. He married Renee who preceded him in death. Clyde enjoyed being outdoors riding motorcycles, stock car racing, and fishing. He also enjoyed bowling and shooting pool. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and siblings, Art Anderson, Linda Cane-Snyder, and Gilbert Anderson. Clyde is survived by his siblings, Betty Anderson of Rockford, Audrey (Gazi) Abuhassan of Jordan, Jerry (Leslie) Anderson of TN, Ann (Bill) Redig of FL, Gene Anderson of Byron and Carl Anderson of Byron; daughters, Lorraine Haroldson of MN and Becky Pestigaurd of CA; and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. There will be no services held at this time. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family at P.O. Box 930, Byron, IL 61010.
