Donna Waddell

Donna Jean Waddell, age 61, passed away at her home on May 11, 2022. She was born on April 4, 1961 in Chicago the daughter of Glenn and Pansy (Hutcherson) Sprissler. Donna loved being social and attending weekly bible study. She spent the last few years spending a lot of time with her sister; going to water aerobics at Nash a few times a week, going to lunch, and shopping. She loved going to Thirsty Thursdays with the girls and attending daily tea time. In her spare time; she enjoyed word puzzles, needlepoint, and playing games like Trivial Pursuit and Yahtzee. Above all she loved her family and being an aunt. She is survived by sister, Dianne (Garland) Saunders of Byron; nephew, Chris Saunders of Milwaukee, WI; aunt, Peggy Pridmore of Janesville, WI; and many cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home, 506 W. Merchant St, Byron. Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 PM prior to the service. Memorials are established for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
