Lucinda "Cindy" Ann Paul

MT.MORRIS ~ Lucinda "Cindy" Ann Schrader-Paul, passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Swedish American Hosptial in Rockford, IL. Cindy was born on January 6, 1949, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Marjorie (Paul) Pepin.  Cindy liked playing card games and cooking meals.  She very much enjoyed spending time working for her son's construction company, Schrader Construction. Her favorite thing, however, was spending time with her loving family, friends, and beloved cat Snuggles.  She was her kids biggest fan and loved traveling with her children's baseball and softball teams and even coached them when she could.  Cindy is preceded in death by her grandmother Hattie Paul, father Leon Pepin, her mother Marjorie Pepin, brother Bradly Pepin and Grandson Kyle McAbee. She is survived and missed by her loving family which includes her son Michael Schrader of Mesa, AZ; daughter Melissa McAbee of Muncie, IN; grandchildren Dakota (Jake) Felckowski, Lexus Schrader, Bryce McAbee, and Ryan McAbee; and great-grandchildren Cooper and Quinn.  A memorial service will be held in Cindy's honor on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home of Byron, IL starting at 10:30 am.  A visitation will take place one hour prior, from 9:30 am until the time of services at Farrell Holland Gale Funeral Home of Byron, IL. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Granny Rose Animal Shelter of Dixon, IL.
