Nathaniel W. Hillers, age 26, passed away on June 25, 2020. He was born on March 22, 1994 in Rockford the son of William Hillers, Jr and Rebecca Morris. He was a man of faith and was a member of The Worship Center in Dixon, IL. In his spare time, he loved being outdoors fishing, going to parks, and mushroom hunting. He also enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his dogs. Nathaniel was a kind hearted individual who was helpful to others especially going out of his way to be a helper for his grandparents. But, most of all he will be remembered as a loving and attentive father who loved playing with his kids. He is survived by his parents, Rebecca Morris of Mt. Morris and William Hillers Jr. of Polo; significant other, Connie Hermes of Mt. Morris; children, Jace, Riley, and a baby on the way; grandparents, Clarence and Linda Morris of Mt. Morris and William Sr. and Ruby Hillers of Polo; brothers, Jarod Hillers, Lucas Cole, and Jacob Cole all of Mt. Morris; aunts and uncles, Laura Hillers, Brian Morris, Dawn (Mike) Owens, Randy (Tanya) Morris, Steve (Sara) Morris, Christine Morris, Tammie Arbogast, Valerie (Steve) Haas, and Kathy (Pat) Galor; and many cousins and friends. Memorials are established in Nathaniel’s name.
A Celebration of Life Service will be Friday, July 3rd at 11 AM with a luncheon to follow, ending at 2 PM. This will be held at the River Valley Complex, located at 605 Main St. in Leaf River. We would like to keep this celebration limited to family and close friends, those who have nothing but love in their hearts are welcome.
